When should we begin our wedding invitations?
I recommend beginning the custom invitation process 8–12 months before your wedding. This gives us plenty of time for design, proofing, production, and all of the beautiful finishing details.
How much should we expect to invest?
Custom invitation suites typically begin at $3,500 for 80 suites. Your final investment will depend on quantity, printing methods, custom artwork, embellishments, and the details you choose.
What is included in your custom invitation experience?
Every suite is designed specifically for your wedding. IT can include custom artwork, printing, envelopes, addressing, embellishments, assembly, postage, and mailing. I will guide you through the entire process from your initial ideas to the finished invitations.
Can you create custom artwork for our stationery?
Absolutely. Venue illustrations, custom crests, florals, maps, pet portraits, and other meaningful details can be incorporated to make your stationery feel personal to your celebration.
Do you offer save the dates and wedding day stationery?
Yes! Save the dates and wedding day stationery can be designed to coordinate beautifully with your invitation suite, creating a cohesive experience from the first piece your guests receive through the wedding day.
Can we work together if we’re not located in New York?
Absolutely. White Heart Design is based in New York and works with couples throughout the United States. The design and proofing process can be completed virtually, so we can work together no matter where you’re located.

Absolutely. Every invitation package includes a personalized keepsake box, created to give your stationery a home long after the celebration is over.
